Yoga for Cyclists | 8 Week Series led by Theresa Hochstetler Foundational poses while focusing on the legs, core and shoulders; all are welcome. Suggested donation $15 per class. (Please note, if this price is not affordable for you, we still strongly encourage you to attend. You may donate what you are able before class privately, via an iPad with credit card or cash). *What to bring: You may bring your own mats, blocks or bolsters, but there will be plenty of props available to borrow as well. *What to wear: Please wear fitted clothing; avoid clothing that is too baggy or too tight.
We've had a number of individuals ask how they can contribute to the Race Team, so we've created this "donation item" just for that purpose. This way, you can easily contribute online and be sure that your funds are going directly into the Team account. Currently, the Team is NOT designated as a not-for-profit organization, although ALL funds go directly to the Team to help pay for operations and events.
