RETURNS

We want you to love whatever you’ve purchased! If there’s a problem with something you purchased from us, you can either bring it to our store or ship it back within 30 days. See details and exceptions below.

General Return Policy:

New (unused/unridden/unworn) merchandise can be returned for a period of 30 days after purchase.
Merchandise returned within 30 days that appears used, or is not in the original packaging, will be subject to a restocking fee.
Non-refundable items include labor fees (i.e., mechanical services, custom built wheels or bicycles, etc.), installed parts, rentals, required layaway & special order deposits, and close-out items.

Special Orders:

All special orders require a non-refundable deposit of 50%.
Unless previous arrangements have been made, special orders must be picked up within 15 days of order.

Online Orders:

Online Orders must be returned via Ground UPS or insured US Mail (we do not accept CODs). We will refund shipping costs on damaged or incorrect merchandise.
Returns over $100 must have a return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the package or the item will be refused. A return authorization number can be obtained by phone or e-mail.

The GX Eagle Transmission (T-Type) Cassette is a key reason why Eagle Transmission offers the best-ever inboard and outboard shifting performance under load.

Thanks to its full X-SYNC design, the harder you pedal, the better it shifts. Designed for a 55mm chainline for less extreme chain angles throughout the full range and delivers more precision.

Its 520% range has been optimized with larger 38 and 44-teeth cogs prior to the 52-tooth cog for improved gear steps in the low end. Featuring a clearly marked Setup Cog, install is both simple and foolproof. It utilizes a Pindome design for gears 1-8 and a single piece mini-cluster for gears 9-12.

The Mini Cluster hybrid cassette construction combines four small cogs that are CNC machined out of a single block of billet steel with an additional eight cogs that are individually pinned together.
