We want you to love whatever you’ve purchased! If there’s a problem with something you purchased from us, you can either bring it to our store or ship it back within 30 days. See details and exceptions below.
General Return Policy:
- New (unused/unridden/unworn) merchandise can be returned for a period of 30 days after purchase.
- Merchandise returned within 30 days that appears used, or is not in the original packaging, will be subject to a restocking fee.
- Non-refundable items include labor fees (i.e., mechanical services, custom built wheels or bicycles, etc.), installed parts, rentals, required layaway & special order deposits, and close-out items.
Special Orders:
- All special orders require a non-refundable deposit of 50%.
- Unless previous arrangements have been made, special orders must be picked up within 15 days of order.
Online Orders:
- Online Orders must be returned via Ground UPS or insured US Mail (we do not accept CODs). We will refund shipping costs on damaged or incorrect merchandise.
- Returns over $100 must have a return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the package or the item will be refused. A return authorization number can be obtained by phone or e-mail.
