With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritized (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or dispatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Prelaunch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Preorders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address for the item you are interested in, and we will email you as soon as stock arrives in the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indicative purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on information given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavor to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

Timberjack is Salsa's aggressive trail hardtail. Its progressive trail geometry is stable on descents and technical sections.
The 6061-T6 alloy frame features progressive trail geometry, with a 66-degree head tube and long wheelbase for stability, while a long reach and 75-degree seat tube balance weight distribution for efficient pedaling. Short chainstays (adjustable from 420–437 mm) keep the rear end nimble for responsive handling. The 140mm RockShox Recon Silver RL fork and dropper post provide confidence and capability on technical terrain. Shimano’s Deore 12-speed drivetrain and four-piston brakes keep the rider in control of the pace, whether picking a way up a steep, technical climb or bombing down a flowy line.
The Alternator 2.0 dropout system comes equipped with SRAM UDH-compatible, fixed-position dropout plates. Other Alternator 2.0 dropout plates (sold separately) allow for single-speed adjustability and accommodate different hub standards. The frame is compatible with 27.5 x 7.1cm (2.8") or 29 x 5.3–6.6cm (2.1–2.6") wheel and tire combinations. Full-length internal routing for brake lines and shift cable housing ensures reliable performance in sloppy conditions and simplified maintenance.
Front triangle space is maximized for frame bag use. SM–XL frames have two bottle mounts—including a Three-Pack mount on the downtube—in the main triangle (XS frames have only the Three-Pack mount on the downtube). All sizes feature an accessory mount on the underside of the downtube, plus top tube mounts for EXP-R Series Trillium Top Tube Bag. Rear rack capability (with Salsa Rack-Lock seatpost collar) opens up possibilities for larger loads.
